Alexander Ward

PRINCIPAL BROKER

Alexander Ward, otherwise known as 'Alex', was born and raised as a Fairfield County Native. After attending Roger Williams University and University of Rhode Island, Alex graduated with a BA in Psychology and a BS in Business. Upon graduation in 2003, Alex returned to CT to pursue a career in real estate.

Starting in the real estate business in 2004 with GVA Williams (Stamford), he began his career there in the real estate investments division. After building a 'potential buyers database', learning to analyze investments, and gaining sales experience, Alex left GVA to work as a full service agent in Danbury at Tower Realty Corp. There he learned every facet of the business from residential and commercial rentals to sales of multi-million dollar homes and large commercial buildings. Furthering his career in real estate, Alex went from being an agent to obtaining his brokers license in 2012. Holding a brokers license is the highest level of title in the Real Estate sales field. Feeling that the timing was right, in 2013, left Tower Realty Corp, to open his own firm Award Properties, Inc.

In his first year at Award Properties, he closed over $5.5 million in real estate by the end of 2013 making it clear that he hit the ground running.

Alex has been through the booming days and the slow period of real estate. The challenging market has only strengthened his desire to succeed and pushed him to expanded his knowledge. He has been told by many who have worked with him that he is a valuable asset, and looks forward to helping others reach their own real estate goals.

Client Testimonials:

"You were the only agent that called me back to help me reduce my taxes. After sending me the information on how to do so (lowering my property taxes) and sending me comps of my property, I had my taxes lowered from $19,560 to $11,200! Thanks for your help and guidance, I will keep you in mind for myself or anyone else looking for real estate"
